Start with the exact reason

“Great food” is kind, but it does not tell us where to begin. Name the dish, service, room, maker, trail, event, repair, or moment that earns your recommendation. Specific details help us understand both the strength and the right category.

Add the local knowledge

Tell us when to go, what to ask for, whether reservations matter, what kind of customer will love it, and what someone might miss on a first visit. This is the part that turns a name into a useful lead.

Be honest about your connection

Owners, employees, friends, agencies, and customers may all nominate. If you have a personal or financial relationship with the nominee, say so. The relationship does not automatically disqualify the business; hiding it damages trust.

One good nomination is enough

Coordinated volume does not guarantee selection. We would rather receive one accurate, detailed nomination than a campaign of duplicate entries. Use the space to explain the case, then let the review process do its job.
